In a bowl, add rawa, curd, salt and water.
Add green chilies, onion, capsicum, tomatoes and fresh coriander. Mix well and keep aside.
Now take bread slices and cut them into the triangle shape and place the rawa mixture on bread slices.
Set a pan on a medium flame and add oil. Cook the bread uthappam till it turns crispy.
Bread uthappam is ready to be served hot with coconut chutney.
